Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at support@pikaaccessories.in with your order details. We are unable to cancel orders that have already been shipped.
Refund Policy
We’ll only take back items if they got damaged during delivery, but you need to send us a video of you unpacking them within 24-48 hours via email or Instagram.
Once we get the returned item and check it, we’ll let you know if we can give you a refund. If we can, we’ll send the money back to how you paid within 10 business days. Just remember, your bank might take a bit more time to process it.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since we said we’d give you a refund, email us at support@pikaaccessories.in.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
